Diamond grooving is the process in which the diamond girdle is grooved or cut so that metal can hold the diamond and during casting and setting it does not fall, so with the help of this Images we are trying to explain that what is grooving and where we groove on the diamond and how we do it.

In the first image we are trying explain that different part of the diamond and what we call it. Like as you can see girdle of the diamond where we do Grooving. Flat upper side known as table side and bottom is known as top side.

In the second image we are trying to explain that how we groove the diamond in machine so in machine we hold with the help of pin pot from both side and that flat Round thing in the Image is known as blade which help to cut the diamond
